By placing an order with NightVeil, operated by ALIM BASHIROV LLC, you
agree to these terms.

Product use
Phantom Passenger™ is a decorative fabric cover intended for novelty and
seasonal use. It is a printed textile and contains no electronics.

Safety
Use on rear headrests only. Do not place the cover anywhere that blocks
the driver's view, obstructs mirrors, or interferes with the function of
a head restraint. Remove the cover from any headrest being used by a
passenger before driving. You are responsible for using the product in a
way that complies with the road rules in your state. NightVeil is not
liable for misuse.

Fit
The cover is designed for most conventional sedan, SUV and truck
headrests. Very large integrated sport-seat headrests may not be
compatible. Please check your headrest before ordering.

Accuracy
We aim to describe products accurately. Colours may appear differently
depending on your screen. Product photography includes staged and
composite imagery used to illustrate the effect.

Pricing
Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to
cancel and refund an order if a pricing error occurs.

Age
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or
guardian, to place an order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United
States.
