Refund policy

30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Because
this is a fabric product worn over a headrest, we cannot accept returns
on items that have been washed, damaged or heavily handled.

How to start a return
Email support@nightveil.shop with your order number and the reason for
the return. Do not send items back before contacting us — we will confirm
the return address first.

Return shipping
If the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue a refund to your
original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take
additional time to display it.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once
dispatched, the standard return process applies.

Seasonal note
Returns are processed year-round. Requests received during the Halloween
period may take slightly longer to review.
