Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends
or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch. Tracking details
are emailed once your order is on the way.

Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.

Halloween timing
Because delivery takes 5–8 business days, we recommend ordering by
October 20 to receive your order before October 31. We cannot guarantee
delivery dates for orders placed after that date.

Delays
Carrier delays, incorrect addresses, remote delivery areas and peak
seasonal volume can extend delivery times. These are outside our control.

Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned
to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange
reshipment.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order
arrives damaged, email support@nightveil.shop and we will resolve it.
